Welcome to my Pit Bull web site!

Tigger     My name is Tori, and I started this site to talk about the true American Pit Bull Terrier. I'd like to dispel some of the myths about the breed, such as locking jaws, and confusing dog  aggression with human aggression. I hope you enjoy the site and the pictures of my baby Tigger, who is a 6-year-old brindle. There's also pictures of Noey and Sadie, who have gone on to Rainbow Bridge.

While I have your attention, I'd like to say a word about breeders. Backyard breeders - people who breed just to make a quick buck, or have no regard for the breed in general - have a very strong opinion coming from me. If you feel the need to breed, please justify why. Is it to better the breed, or to make money? First look into your local shelters, and see all the unwanted American Pit Bull Terriers or pit mixes. Thousands of pits are put to sleep every day because of backyard breeding. Our country is saturated with unwanted pit bulls. Leave the breeding to the professional breeders. One reputable kennel is Montgomery's Guardian XL out of Groton, Conn.

We recently lost Sadie due to the negligence of a local animal hospital. For Sadie's story, click here.
